Who We Are
Ocean Caraibes is a Caribbean based coastal, environmental and oceanography consultant firm.
Due to the ever increasing climate change, we have seen direct hurricane impact, indirect hurricane impact and rising sea levels dramatically change coastlines across the globe. However, most of our work over the last ten years has focused mainly on the impact this has had along the Windward and Leeward islands. Beaches, coral reefs, underwater vegetation, land based vegetation, marine life, homes, and hotels have been negatively affected due to this coastline erosion.
With climate change inevitably continuing, we hope to provide solutions to slow down and prevent as much coastal erosion as possible for our clients.
Some of our clients have included private individuals, large and small companies, major hotels and resorts, various governments, NGO’s and USAID.
